The view from there...

Logan has become obsessed with taking pictures lately.  We actually got him a digital camera of his own for Christmas, but he likes to use our point and shoot better.  These pics were actually taken the weekend before Christmas, but I wanted to put them on here anyways.  We took a train ride on the PSTR and Santa was at the half-way mark.  While we were waiting to visit with the man in red, Logan grabbed the camera and started snapping away.

(I think I may play around with this one and get it printed out to hang in his bedroom!)

These are straight out of the camera - I did not alter them in any way - not even to crop or adjust the size. Not bad for a 4 year old!

He is also a train fanatic - so he was in heaven.  He even surprised the conductor that day.  We were standing there waiting in line and Logan said "See that wheel right there?  That's a break wheel - you turn it and turn it to make the train car stop".  We just kind of blew him off - oh ok, whatever.  Humoured him.  The conductor happened to be walking by and said "You're right, big guy! Wow - give yourself 14 years and we'll give you a job here!".

By the way - Avery rolled halfway over today!!!  She went from her back to her left side.  She will be 5 months old next week.  She's going to be a mover and a shaker, I'm sure of it!  She's been doing "crunches" since she was 2 months old, and now the rolling is starting.  Since we had it easy with Logan and all he did was sit there from the time he was 6 months until he was 10.5 months old, I bet Avery will be running by 9 months! Haha!
